01 / How it works
No-dig pipe relining.
A pipe inside your pipe.
A composite resin liner is installed inside the failing pipe and cured in place, forming a new pipe within the old one. Your garden, driveway and floors stay exactly where they are. Known as trenchless or CIPP repair (cured-in-place pipe).

03 / Our process
How a reline
runs.
Four steps. You see the pipe before we start and after we finish.
- 01
Clear & clean
High-pressure jetting and pneumatic tools prepare the pipe.
- 02
Camera inspection
We find the exact location and cause of the failure.
- 03
Liner installed
Pulled into place through existing access points.
- 04
Camera confirmed
We re-camera the line and give you the footage.
CCTV inspection
We show you
what we find.
Every reline starts with a camera down the line. You see the roots, the crack or the collapse for yourself, and you see the footage again once the new liner is in.

04 / Know the signs
Broken or burst pipes?
Know the signs.
Caught early, a damaged pipe is a straightforward reline. Ignored, it becomes property damage.
-
The same drain blocks again
A structural fault, not a clog -
Damp patches on walls or slab
A leak inside the cavity or under the floor -
A section that never runs freely
Collapse or root intrusion narrowing the line -
Sinkholes or soft ground
Water escaping underground -
Sewer smell with no visible cause
A cracked line venting where it shouldn't
Blocked rather than broken? See blocked drains and toilets.

07 / Common questions
Pipe relining
questions, answered.
How long do relined pipes last?
Nuflow relining materials are Australian-made and backed by a 50-year guarantee. The relined section is a structural repair in its own right, not a patch.
Do I have to replace the pipe instead?
Usually not. Replacement means excavating the pipe run, through gardens, driveways, slabs or roads, then reinstating everything afterwards. Relining repairs the same pipe through existing access points, so there's nothing to dig up and nothing to rebuild.
How long does pipe relining take?
Far less than traditional repiping. Many jobs are completed the same day, and the pipe system can often stay in use while we work.
What pipes can be relined?
PVC, concrete, clay, copper and steel, from 40mm to 1500mm. Straight runs, bends, junctions, diameter changes, vertical stacks and horizontal laterals. We can start and stop at any point in a line.
Will you dig up my garden?
No. Relining is done through existing access points. That’s the entire purpose of a no-dig repair.
How do you know what's wrong with the pipe?
A CCTV drain camera inspection before we quote any work. You get the footage, and we re-camera the line after the reline so you can see the finished result.

Damaged pipe?
Let's take a look.
