I have been using Howrah Plumbing services for years now and I have been always very happy with the service, it’s why I always come back to you guys.
But I wanted to say that the young man, who came in the middle of the night to fix the burst pipe at my mother’s place on the 13/09/23 was particularly impressive. He fixed the problem of course, but he was also very pleasant , reassuring , calm , polite , friendly and competent. I think that his employer needs to know , what a great worker he is .

I also feel that it is important that I give him a positive feedback, as in our society we usually complain and give negative feedback and hardly ever acknowledge the good work some people, a specially young ones do .

I have been living on the not so sunny side of the river these last several years. Had previously lived at Bellerive and we always called Howrah Plumbing for all plumbing matters. Always reliable and came when they said they were coming and always provided quality work at good rates.

Happy to see that nothing has changed, the guys came as advised and fixed our very messy water problem. Unlike many interactions with trades people, good to see that Howrah Plumbing still maintains high levels of service.

Hot water cylinder suddenly broke down. No hot water at all, so we needed urgent repair. Rang
Kelly at Howrah plumbing and within a couple of hours Scott and Connor were on site and got the thermostat and element replaced quickly and efficiently . Very grateful for their help! Highly recommend!
